Required Documents & Qualifications

Updated Resume

Active Pennsylvania PTA License

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (facility-specific requirement)
• Recent physical exam and TB test (within 12 months)
• Two professional references
  
  

Candidate Profile

• 1+ year of recent PTA experience preferred (new grads may be considered)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
