Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time | Stable and Growing Team

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Casper, WY team and help us expand our reach to serve more patients in need.

In this home health PTA role, you’ll enjoy more autonomy, independence, and scheduling flexibility than traditional clinical settings. Our model emphasizes one-on-one, patient-centered care, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and create customized plans that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through therapeutic interventions such as:
  • Gait and balance training
  • Strengthening and endurance exercises
  • Massage and manual therapy techniques
• Assess home environments for safety and accessibility improvements
• Contribute to individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes

Who You Are:

• Licensed PTA in good standing with the state of Wyoming
• CPR certified (or willing to obtain — we’ll help!)
• All experience levels welcome — new graduates encouraged to apply
