The Lakes Home Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will support Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans, working with patients to regain movement and manage pain in home-care settings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in patient care, particularly in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings, is preferred or home care.
