Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Florida. You will support licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans and help patients regain movement and manage pain in home care settings.

You will monitor progress, educate patients and families on at-home exercises, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Prior experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in patient care, particularly in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings, is preferred or home care
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures
