Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver home-based therapy to adults and seniors in Wellington and surrounding areas. You will operate within a PT-supervised model, visiting patients in their homes and helping improve strength and function.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing (state-specific).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

What You'll Do

• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of a PT

Visit Expectations

• Full-time assistants typically complete 28 or more visits per week, with most completing around 30
• Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week

Compensation

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $45-53 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
