The i4 Search Group Healthcare team in East Seattle is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join outpatient sports rehabilitation. Under a licensed PT, you will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, educate patients, and contribute to high-quality care in a collaborative clinic.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements. Relocation assistance may be available; practice includes orthopedic and post-surgical rehab with emphasis on

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Current PTA license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Passion for helping patients achieve rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient recovery.
• Treat orthopedic, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions.

Position Summary

Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional rehabilitation services. You'll implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and help create a positive, patient-centered experience while working alongside an experienced rehabilitation team.This position is ideal for a PTA who enjoys treating orthopedic, sports medicine, and post-surgical patients in an outpatient setting focused on quality outcomes and exceptional care.
