Ultimate Therapy Services in Waldorf, MD is looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain function.

This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $37-$41 per hour, PRN opportunities, and a collaborative team focused on meaningful outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall function.
• Track resident progress and recommend treatment modifications when appropriate.
• Work closely with PTs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards.
