Role Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care in a team setting under supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Implement patient Care Plans to support recovery, helping patients participate in tasks to restore and enhance performance
• Communicate patient progress and issues to team members; assist with scheduling and billing
• Document patient care according to regulatory and accreditation standards
• Instruct family and nursing staff on follow-up programs
• Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program with an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a PTA in the states where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)

Hourly Range: $31.31 - $34.68
