Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to perform in-home health visits in Florida. You will deliver one-on-one PT services under a supervising PT, helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

The role is PRN/Per Diem, requiring current Florida PTA licensure, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of experience. We offer a supportive, team-driven environment with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license/certification required
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• 1+ year of PTA experience, Home Health experience preferred
