Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Titusville, FL, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team and help residents achieve their therapy goals.

Requires an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy, an active Florida PTA license, and a minimum of 2 years' experience. Nursing home experience is preferred but not required. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, PTO, and 401(k).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing physical therapy services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Collaborate with administration, medical staff, nursing staff, and other departments to develop and deliver effective therapy services.

• Maintain and develop physical therapy standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.

• Current Florida license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
