Qualifications

• Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

• Independently perform assessments, diagnostic tests, and ongoing evaluations for home-care clients.
• Provide in-home physical therapy with one-on-one patient care.
