Nursing & Rehabilitation at The Mansion is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN or part-time basis. In this role, you will assist in delivering high-quality physical therapy services to our residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy care within the PTA scope of practice, adhering to established standards and protocols.
• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to promote mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate residents and their families on exercises and techniques to support rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the rehabilitation team.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the practicing state.
• Must be 18 years or older.
