The ideal candidate holds a California PTA license, valid fingerprint clearance, CPR/ACLS, and up-to-date immunizations. You will document progress and coordinate with other professionals to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• CA PTA license required.
• CA Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• TB test and Flu shot within past year required.
• Immunization records including Covid19, HepB, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, to improve mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
• Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
• Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.
