Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality care.
• Follow state and federal regulations governing therapy services.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, independence and quality of life through individualized treatment plans.
