New London Rehab & Care of Waterford in Waterford, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position within our rehabilitation department. You will work closely with residents to help achieve mobility and rehabilitation goals in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

The role delivers therapy under PT supervision, supports customized treatment plans, documents progress, and collaborates with nursing and other professionals to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation department. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with residents while helping them achieve their mobility and rehabilitation goals in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
