Avera Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant in Mitchell, South Dakota. The role involves providing direct patient care while documenting treatments under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Candidates must have an active license in Physical Therapy and an Associate's degree from an accredited program.

Provides direct patient care to all patients as well as documentation of care in accordance with policies and procedures under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Follows directions and instructions for treatment and other tasks as directed by the Licensed Physical Therapist. Provides care in an effective and competent manner.
