Job summary

Vasona Creek Healthcare in Los Gatos, CA is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Short-Term Rehabilitation team. You will implement treatment plans under a licensed PT and provide skilled interventions to improve strength, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license required.
• Excellent communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under a PT.
• Provide skilled interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance and function.
• Assist gait training, transfers and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising PT.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with rehab and care teams to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
