This role involves visiting patients at home and assisting Physical Therapists with care plans, documentation, and patient updates. Preferred qualifications include an active Arkansas PTA license and home health experience. Qualifications

• Update Director on patient status and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Arkansas Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
• PTA experience is preferred but not required.
• Home Health experience is preferred but not required.

Duties

• Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities.
• Assist our Physical Therapists in following physical therapy care plans, performing PT, documenting/charting patient progress, updating Director on patient status, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
