Signature HealthCARE’s Signature Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. You will work closely with therapists and other clinical staff to help residents recover and return to activities they enjoy.

The role requires an accredited PTA program graduate with an active PTA license in the state. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and on-site facilities across Signature HealthCARE nursing homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with at least an associate’s degree.
• A valid PTA license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to achieve full recovery and timely return to activities under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver consistent, high-quality rehab services.

We are recruiting for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. Requirements for consideration include:

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
