Signature HealthCARE in Jamestown, TN seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team at Signature Rehab. You will collaborate with therapists and clinicians to support residents' recovery and return to daily activities.

The ideal candidate has an accredited PTA program graduate with an Associate’s degree and a valid PTA license in the state. We offer comprehensive benefits and a values-driven workplace.
