Signature HealthCARE's Signature Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support residents at Mayfair Manor in Lexington, KY. You will work as part of an integrated care team to help patients achieve full recovery and a timely return to daily activities.

How You Will Make a Difference

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
