Lacon Rehab & Nursing in Lacon, IL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. The PTA will provide hands-on therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence in daily activities.

Responsibilities include mobility training, transfers, documentation, and collaborating with therapy and nursing staff to support individualized care plans.
