What you will do in this role:

• Provide quality, compassionate care in a team setting
• Implement patients’ Care Plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, assisting with tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and daily documentation
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards
• Instruct patients’ families or nursing staff on follow-up programs
• Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and applicable laws
• May float to outpatient settings as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program culminating in an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a PTA in the states where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)
