Job summary

Junction Point Post Acute in Herington, KS is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to implement and document treatment plans for our long-term and post-acute care residents.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, excellent communication, and accuracy in progress notes and billing.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are a high-quality long-term and post-acute care facility in Herington, Kansas, seeking a compassionate and well-versed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant with our organization, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, developing, and directing our facility's Physical Therapy Services.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care developed by and under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.
