$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

  • Type: Skilled Nursing Community, Full-time, Part-time & PRN

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized physical therapy programs, including assessment, treatment, education, and communication.
  • Maintain positive relationships with healthcare team members.
  • Evaluate patient needs, adjust care plans, and document progress.
  • Supervise support staff to meet patient goals.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and infection control standards.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Provide leadership and act as a resource in the community.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of physical and developmental needs of the patient population.
  • Ability to remain calm in emergencies.
  • Graduate of an APTA-approved program.
  • At least one year experience as a physical therapy aide.
  • Current state license from the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Active listening and social evaluation skills.
