Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will:

• Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Advance Patient Progress: Facilitate patient progress through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring achievement of individual goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and team collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with geriatric population.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
