Job summary

Juniper Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time daytime shifts in a skilled nursing facility. The PTA will deliver hands-on therapy, follow physician-directed plans, and support residents in achieving therapy goals.

Responsibilities include one-on-one and group therapies, documentation, discharge planning, and collaboration with therapy teams, nursing, and families to advance residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current state licensure as a PTA.
• Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
