Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for home health roles serving adults and the geriatric population in Jupiter, FL and surrounding areas.

You will work under a PT, manage a consistent patient load, and enjoy flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive clinical environment with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
