Job summary

Delmar Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents through patient care and therapeutic interventions, helping maximize independence and health in a compassionate team environment.

The ideal candidate holds a current New York PTA license; new grads are welcome. Enjoy a competitive pay rate of up to $35–$44 per hour, plus Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, Daily Pay, a 401k and Direct Deposit.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license for New York is required.
• Experience is preferred, but new grads are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.
• Help maximize independence and maintain health for residents.
• Support residents with physical injury or illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, developmental or learning disability, or adverse environmental conditions.

• Provide services to help maximize independence and maintain health for individuals limited by:
