FUNCTION: The Physical Therapist Assistant will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. The Physical Therapist Assistant will also maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OTR) and help them carry out treatment plans. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key function satisfactorily.
