Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks in Clinton, MD. This full-time position offers a $34–$39/hour compensation and the opportunity to help residents regain mobility and independence.

You will work closely with a team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and document clinical outcomes for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care

Qualifications

• Maryland PTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
