HealthPro Heritage in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) for full-time, 40 hours per week, in an assisted living and skilled nursing setting. • Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
