Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA at Jet Health, Inc.

First Choice Home Health / Jet Health, Inc., is seeking a PRN / Per Diem licensed physical therapy assistant to provide coordinated physical therapy to our home health patients of all ages under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist in Boise, ID, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current State License or multi-state license issued by a state member of the Physical Therapist Licensure Compact (PTLC), if practicing in a PTLC state, or meet one of the requirements listed in 42 CFR 484.115(I).
• One year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred; home health experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of HCHB EMR system is highly preferred.
• Adherence to Therapy Practice Act and other regulatory agency standards.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Ability to coordinate care effectively.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and standing.
• Prolonged standing and walking required; ability to work under stressful conditions to meet deadlines and patient needs.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
