Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Blackwell, OK Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and hourly rates of $32-$38, with part-time/PRN options available.

The PTA provides direct care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to maximize residents' functional potential and quality of life in all areas of daily living.

• $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time! Hourly Rates: $32-38 / Hour *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview*
