• Complete all clinical documentation in a timely and organized manner for easy access in resident charts.

Overview

Physical Therapist Assistant - PRN

Pay: $35.00- $40.00 per hour

Fellowship Village is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a per diem basis.

In this role, you will implement individualized physical therapy programs, assist in rehabilitation efforts, and provide high-quality physical therapy treatments to customers under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of life of our clients, fostering their independence and promoting overall wellness.

Schedule: This is a per diem position offering weekday and weekend coverage 8:30 – 5:00 pm weekday and weekend shifts during day some evenings available 3pm – 7 pm

Responsibilities

• Implement customer-specific treatment plans developed by the primary Physical Therapist.
• Assist the Physical Therapist in performing evaluations, tests, and complex procedures.

• Maintain consistent communication with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding client progress and care requirements.
