Job summary

Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role on our rehab team. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, help residents regain mobility, and contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered care environment.

Qualified candidates hold a GA PTA license, complete PTA program, and have 1 year of rehab experience preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia PTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• 1 year experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-led therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in achieving mobility and rehabilitation goals.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans with empathy.
• Foster a positive, motivating environment for residents and families.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes.
