Salary Range: $23.00 - $30.00

Description

Full Time Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA). Responsibilities to include providing care in the following settings: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Outpatient, and Home Health Care.

Competitive starting salary up to $30 per hour based on experience.

Eligibility for a sign-on bonus after 6 months and a retention bonus after 12 months.

The Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) will assist in providing quality Physical Therapy patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with facilities and patients, under the direction of licensed personnel.

Responsibilities of a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA):

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) performs job duties in various settings including SNF, Outpatient, and Home Health Care.
• Appropriately delivers treatment to achieve identified objectives.
• Communicates patient's status and needs to supervising Physical Therapist, and as appropriate, to the patient, the patient's family, the staff, and other professionals.
• Attends facility patient care plan, administrative staff and family conference meetings as directed by the Licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Valid PTA License in the state of Ohio.
