Enhance Therapies is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Rehab Alliance team in California. This part-time role supports SNF and long-term care settings with supervision from a licensed Physical Therapist.

We offer mentorship, flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional development to help clinicians grow while delivering high-quality care to patients. New graduates are welcome to apply and receive mentorship and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
