  • Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
  • Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long‑term rehabilitation goals
  • Deliver hands‑on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
