Job summary

Saco Bay PT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Poland, ME. This PRN role offers weekdays coverage (Mon-Fri) and negotiable hours to fit your schedule, with compensation ranging from $30 to $40 per hour.

As part of our outpatient program, you will support patients' return to athletics, work, and daily life while enjoying a balanced work-life arrangement and opportunities for growth within a nationwide professional network.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
