American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to cover up to three days per week at Cypress Grove Rehab Center in Newburgh, IN. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist and provide skilled therapy across ASC settings, including home health, SNF and outpatient services.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, discharge planning support, and adherence to state regulations while serving senior residents in local ASC facilities.

PRN Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity at Cypress Grove Rehab Center

This position will cover up to 3 days weekly

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.

• Provide direct therapy to patients outlined in the OT's plan of care
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with members for discharge plans
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy
