• Track progress and adapt treatment strategies to promote success
• Educate and motivate patients and caregivers for long‑term success
• Document all care in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate progress and partner with families and caregivers for lasting results

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• Licensed or license‑eligible in the state of practice
• Strong communication skills, clinical integrity, and a genuine desire to help others
