What You'll Do:

1. Assist in executing personalized treatment plans created by licensed Physical Therapists with care and professionalism.
2. Engage clients in therapeutic exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility, making sessions enjoyable and encouraging progress.
3. Educate clients and families on exercises and mobility techniques to promote teamwork in rehabilitation.
4. Track clients' progress accurately and adapt treatments as needed.
5. Collaborate harmoniously with the healthcare team to ensure coordination and communication.
6. Maintain open communication with clients and families to ensure they feel supported.

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Michigan.
• CPR certification for safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to meet diverse client needs.
