Job summary

Interface Rehab Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our California team across full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities.

You will provide specialized rehabilitation services in post-acute, retirement, and outpatient settings, while documenting progress and coordinating with clinicians. We offer a competitive hourly rate ($38.00 to $42.00) and a strong benefits package, including PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license or eligibility.
• Experience in post-acute, outpatient, or facility-based therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
