Job description

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in rehabilitating patients and providing follow-up treatments based on plans of care recommended by the evaluating Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep the Physical Therapist informed of any changes in a patient's medical status.
  • Document each visit, including patient treatment, progress, and assessment.
  • Instruct patients in individualized exercise programs within protocol parameters and treatment plans.
  • Guide patients in gait training and proper use of assistive devices.
  • Serve as a clinical instructor and supervisor for P.T.A. students.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
About You:
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy education program.
  • Florida State Licensure.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Desire to make a positive impact in people's lives by helping them return to their fullest life.
  • Willing to work with a diverse team of clinicians committed to excellence and redefining physical therapy.
  • Passionate about learning and collaborating with clinicians and physicians dedicated to patient-centered care.

  • Experience with WebPT.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopaedic therapy settings.
