ERC Rehab Therapies-OP is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a compensation range of $31.59 - $42.65, based on experience.

• Shift: Days, with 8 or 10-hour options and fixed days off on Saturday & Sunday.
• Hours per pay period: 80, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
• The PTA will assist the PT in assessing and treating patients with various diagnoses, focusing on deficits in posture, movement, strength, balance, and daily functioning.
• Responsibilities include instructing patients and caregivers on treatment techniques.
• Preferred experience: 1 year in acute, rehab, outpatient, or mental health settings.
• Minimum requirements: Current PTA license in California and CPR certification.
