Job summary

PT Solutions in Racine, WI is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to administer and assist with a wide range of PT treatments, building strong patient relationships to help achieve functional goals. You’ll work with a supportive team focused on patient care and community engagement.

Eligible candidates must have PTA program completion, state licensure, and BLS certification. The clinic offers performance-based incentives, professional development, and a strong development culture

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program.
• State Licensure required.
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods.
• Establish strong relationships with each patient to help them exceed their functional goals.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $25-$33/hour (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
