PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Appleton, WI, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to work with a Physical Therapist, helping deliver patient treatments and educating patients and caregivers on daily routines.

You will join a collaborative team and contribute to achieving functional goals using evidence-based care, while fostering strong patient relationships and community engagement.

Formación

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved PTA program.
• State Licensure required.
• BLS Certification via American Heart Association required.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Hourly Rate: $27 - $34/hr(based on experience and market factors)


• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
