Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You’ll work with a Physical Therapist to administer treatments and educate patients, families, and caregivers on daily routines to maximize recovery.

You will contribute to a collaborative, evidence-based clinic that values professional development, incentive bonuses, and opportunities for career growth. Base pay ranges from $25 to $33 per hour, with additional monthly incentives and a sign-on

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program.
• State licensure.
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association.

• Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods.
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $25 - $33 / hour (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 available in select locations!
