Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team, assisting the Physical Therapist in delivering patient treatments and educating patients, families, and caregivers on how to support daily routines.

You will collaborate with a diverse team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care, with emphasis on building relationships with patients and the community, and participating in ongoing professional development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification

• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members

Job description

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $25 - $35/Hour/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available in select locations!
